The Faith-Based Assistance Program

That goal of this group is to progress from being simply a “deathbed resource” for those struggling with substance abuse and other like a controlling behaviors, to a ministry which meets hurting people directly “where they are at”, by providing resources to meet their individual needs.

This can be accomplished by educating church leadership and lay people about such behaviors and related issues, while also providing information on the services available to help meet these often complex needs. A wise person once said, “God always catches His fish first, and then He cleans them.” The ministry will operate with this principle in mind.
